Moms information was gotten from: Masonic Lodge Phil. --Palmer Burial Ground--Phil. Vital. Stats.--Bible records of children #1 & #8--Zion Luthren Cemetary--West Chester Vital Stats.Mom was at Palmer Burial Ground one time and the care taker ofered to dig the casket up and get the plack off it that would have the date on it. Mom thought this was going a little far, but I would would sure like to have that date. As I understand it they were both buried in the same grave.
Family ledgen has it that : he lost the Mc and Catholism on the ship on the way over to America. Also : he came as an indurtured servent to Mary Anns father and married her when he got here. Also : Mary Ann Had a brother that brought vegatables to the Reading Market. He would give Mary Ann the food he didn't sell. Also : He got Phumina as a paulbarer for a friend that died and he himself died while Mary Ann was Pregnant with Thomas. Also : Mary Ann would take the trolly to the end of the line near Paoli and than it was a short walk to her fathers farm.

Richard was not in the 1850 census with the family. I have never found him anywhere else. The only record I have of him is the death notice for Margeret Maudwsley Taylor. I ASSUME he could be some where else.
